a quiet haven
clean room modern bathroom useful fridge comfortable bed
the double room was clean the ensuite bathroom was modern the fridge was quite useful it helped a lot to have the microwave available. the large garden had seating perfect for relaxation i noticed the hotel manager simon keeps the gardens well cared for. there was coded entrance offering great security the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. the location was ideal for us being near to attractions

great location lovely garden parking options helpful manager
i found the location amazing it was super easy to get around to all the places i wanted to visit. the gardens were a nice surprise with seating areas. parking was convenient with street options available and a dedicated spot if needed. the hotel manager simon was so helpful and made accessing everything simple even sending a whatsapp message with details
i found a slight odour upon entering the front door which was a bit of a letdown

the hotel manager simon was attentive and helpful throughout my stay and i appreciated his assistance with accessing the hotel upon arrival. he also addressed all my needs. nothing seemed too much trouble for him.

The location worked perfectly! it's so close to the centre and all the fun. the free wi-fi was a lifesaver with my teenager. the flat had a fridge and oven. I could cook meals, which saved a lot of money. communication was really good, they helped within minutes!
the communal hallway had a slight fusty smell.

charming stay!
excellent location kitchen area
I really enjoyed the location. It was great (everything was close!). the flat had all the facilities i needed and a very good kitchen area with everything you could need for my visit. plenty of free, unrestricted on street parking was right outside, and a huge pay and display car park was very close by. the rear lawned area with seating was lovely!
i found that the heating would come on until the room reached a comfortable temperature and then shut off again until it was bitterly cold. it would be nice if each apartment had its own heating control. mobile data on the three network was poor throughout the hotel.

i didn't use any dining facilities, however, the kitchen was fully equipped. it had everything you could need, including a microwave, kettle and all the kitchen essentials. there were lots of nice places to eat nearby too.

The location was in a quiet area, close to the beach and the city centre. Both were within a 15-minute walk. arriving by train, i found the hotel was a comfortable 15-20 minute walk from the train station.
